Aimee Budge farms in Shetland with her sister. They have 90 suckler Saler cross Shorthorn cattle, 300 Shetland cross Cheviot and 300 pure Shetland sheep and also grow 24 hectares of spring barley.
Hugh Pocock has worked in the livestock industry for the past two decades, and is now a director at Cultura Recruitment, an agribusiness recruitment company. Hugh also runs a small farming business with his family, comprising New Zealand Romney sheep and Australian Lowline Angus and Wagyu cattle.
