Baroness Hayman of Ullock said: "Do not bring prohibited animal or plant products into the country - doing so puts farmers livelihoods at risk."

It has been 18 years since the UK last experienced a foot-and-mouth disease outbreak, and holidaymakers could play their part in keeping it that way by not bringing food back with them to the country....
