Former Welsh Conservative Leader Andrew RT Davies: "The Climate Change Committee has shamefully said they want Welsh livestock numbers reduced by 19% by 2033 in order to meet green targets. Many people in the livestock sector fear that the Welsh Government is aiming for that target, instead of ignoring it as a dangerous idea that would ruin livelihoods and cause substantial damage to Britain’s food security."
